Very pleased with the product, the materials used, the look, and functionality of them is great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen are holes for mounting back closer to the 90 degree bend, as our area for mounting is very narrow. thanks.

There just isn't that much to write. Blinds Chalet was just great. Their web site was easy to work with and didn't hang up in any of the stages of purchase. The shades arrived sized perfectly and all without damage and quickly. It was as near to instant gradification as you can get. Thanks goes to all! I would buy again.

These shades live up to their name. My husband who's usually an early riser actually stays in bed an hour or so longer on weekends due to the fact that these shades REALLY block out sunlight. Would recommend that sample colors be viewed before buying. Love them!

Wow, when they say "room darkening" they mean it. My husband, who never sleeps late, is now snoring well into the morning on weekends since the sun no longer filters thru our shades. Impressive product, wish I had installed them years ago.

Just put them up last night. Seem to be perfect, but I wonder about the durability of pulling down daily on the hardware used to install. Only time will tell.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
